I was listening to this song earlier this week and all I could think was how the message in this song could apply to so many things. Since BigHire is in the business of helping construction workers and skilled tradespeople find jobs I first applied the message there. How are the times a-changing? I thought of many ways the times a-changing, but this thought stuck in my head:
There is technology available to make the process of connecting companies to workers easier and faster. This technology enables companies to search and hire workers and helps workers find jobs where Will companies and workers take advantage of this technology to enable them to work smarter and faster?
Time will tell, but while we wait, our team at BigHire will continue to do the work to connect companies to the workers they need in order to make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.
